Pricing depends on the property size and the type of treatment. We always inspect first and give you a fixed, transparent quote before any work begins — no hidden charges.
What is the difference between pre- and post-construction termite proofing?
Pre-construction proofing treats the soil and foundations before building, creating a chemical barrier. Post-construction proofing involves drilling and injecting treatment along walls and floors of an existing building. We provide both, with long-term warranties.
Do I need to leave my home during fumigation?
For general fumigation you should vacate the treated area for a few hours. For intensive whole-property fumigation we'll advise a longer window. Your technician will provide exact guidance for your treatment.
How often should water tanks be cleaned?
We recommend professional cleaning and disinfection every 6 months to keep your water supply safe — more often if you notice sediment, odour or discolouration.
