Islamabad Pest Control provides pest control, termite proofing, fumigation, waterproofing, heatproofing and cleaning services within Islamabad and surrounding areas. The scope of each job is defined in the written quote provided after inspection.
All quotes are fixed once accepted and valid for 30 days. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service contracts are invoiced monthly.
Treatments carry a written service warranty whose duration depends on the treatment type and is stated on your invoice. If covered pests return within the warranty period, we will re-treat the affected area free of charge. The warranty is void if the treated area is structurally altered or treated by another provider.
Customers must provide safe access to the property, disclose known hazards, and follow pre- and post-treatment instructions (such as vacating treated areas for the advised period). Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment effectiveness and warranty coverage.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the booked slot. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.
We carry out all work with professional care and use certified products. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including structural damage caused by pests prior to treatment.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of booking applies to your service.
